📦 Where do you ship from?

Our suppliers ship directly from carefully selected global warehouses – with top quality and strict inspection. We personally oversee every order to ensure you receive a perfect product.

⏱️ When will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

• Israel: Estimated delivery time is 15–35 business days.

• USA: Estimated delivery time is 12–20 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

📫 How will I know my order is on the way?

Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a confirmation and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept PayPal for international orders,

and Bit for customers in Israel.

🔁 Can I return an item I didn’t like?

We do not offer returns.
